Rong City's southern district, in the suburban area, stood a heavily guarded prison.

The prison covered an area the size of several soccer fields, and all the people locked inside were vicious Cultivators.

The lamps on the walls cast a dim yellow light that fell into the cells through the gaps between the bars.
