It was the campfire he had lit earlier. Although quite some time had passed, it had not yet gone out.
Lin Li quickened his pace and came to the campfire. He added some wood to it, then blew on the flames.
The campfire, whose flames had weakened, blazed brightly once more, and the firelight illuminated the surrounding area more clearly.

A thunderclap exploded. Terrifying Silver White lightning descended from the sky, vanishing dozens of meters above the ground.
