Dark clouds appeared out of nowhere, swiftly covering the azure sky.
The sun was obscured by the dark clouds, and a vast area of gloom appeared across the sea.
The Beast Lord was enraged, and heaven and earth changed color.
The Octopus Beast trembled in fear, lowering its head and not daring to make a sound.
After quite some time, the terrifying Beast Lord reined in its violent emotions. It looked at the Octopus Beast and asked.
"Why did the humans do this? Do you know the reason?"
"This..." The Octopus Beast hesitated at once upon hearing this, stammering and unable to get the words out.
"I ask, and you answer. Tell me the truth. If you dare conceal anything, you know the consequences." The Beast Lord snarled, the powerful pressure radiating from its body making one's blood run cold.
"Lord Beast Lord, the reason the humans came to our territory to commit violence should be related to something that happened not long ago..."
Although the Octopus Beast was vicious by nature, before the Beast Lord it behaved like a docile little quail. After being reprimanded, it honestly confessed everything it knew.
A few minutes later, the Octopus Beast finished describing the originally uncomplicated matter in detail.
The scene fell utterly silent. The Beast Lord said nothing, merely narrowing its eyes as it stared at the Octopus Beast.
The immense pressure made the Octopus Beast feel as though it were about to collapse. Just as it was on the verge of losing its support and its mentality was about to explode, the Beast Lord, silent until then, finally spoke.
"So that was the reason."
The Octopus Beast cautiously watched the Beast Lord. Just as its body and mind relaxed slightly, it heard the Beast Lord say with great displeasure.
"Although
