Yan Qing entered the Land of Gathering Demons, grew stronger with Murong Hui, and became entangled in Ying Ru Shi’s fight against Ying Le’s forces. After rescuing Ying Ru Shi from the Bai Bao Guard, Yan Qing, Murong Hui, and Ying Ru Shi traveled together while planning their next moves.

• Yan Qing entered the Land of Gathering Demons after an awkward farewell with Yaoshi Yuan, then summoned a Dragon Attendant and began exploring its facilities.
• Yan Qing’s ascension ride dropped him into a swamp, where he helped Murong Hui defeat Yaksa assassins and agreed to travel with her.
• Ying Ru Shi returned to the Thieves' Den after defecting from Qi, but the Mortal World Eye made her dream that her new allies had abandoned her.
• Yan Qing strengthened his Dragon Attendants with Soul Transference, and he and Murong Hui survived an attack before resting together in a Hot Spring Cabin.
• The Skeleton Scroll’s promise of Foundation Establishment Pills drew heralds into a search for Yan Qing, while Ying Le’s forces pursued Prince of Lanling and the Bandage Person.
• Murong Hui rushed to save Ying Ru Shi from the Bai Bao Guard, but a hidden assassin speared her, and Yan Qing arrived by motorcycle and helped the group escape.
• Ying Su recruited Ru Luojing and Wei Weiwei to search for the fugitives, while Ying Ru Shi planned to hide and later assassinate Ying Le’s weaker followers.

Yan Qing and Ying Ru Shi grew closer as they fought demons and faced the Bai Bao Guard, while Yan Qing strengthened Qiongqi in preparation for the True Demon. After the Bai Bao Guard killed Mantis General and began hunting the remaining Eight Demons, Ying Su anticipated Yan Qing’s next move and planned their final battlefield.

• Yan Qing and his companions fought through the Land of Gathering Demons, defeated Mountain Ridge Stone Demon, and chose a Blood Demon Sect Exchange Order that helped him build a stronger puppet lineup.
• Ying Ru Shi tried to separate from Yan Qing and later questioned whether he truly loved her, but she ultimately stayed beside him and accepted his invitation to join the Calamity Organization.
• Yan Qing and Ying Ru Shi joined their lives through the Concentric Lock, and Ying Ru Shi urged him to prove that he would remain with her beyond the Land of Gathering Demons.
• Yan Qing fed Puppet Cards to Qiongqi to raise its strength, while Ying Ru Shi repeatedly risked herself to protect him and Yan Qing confronted her about gambling with her life.
• Ying Ru Shi acknowledged her feelings for Yan Qing, but worried that his affection for Black Wolf and Red Snake could damage the Thieves' Den, while Murong Hui’s feelings for him added to her doubts.

• Yan Qing and his companions discovered that Ying Su’s forces had attacked Mantis General, and Ying Su killed the weakened demon before sending the Bai Bao Guard to hunt the remaining Eight Demons.
• Ying Su predicted that Yan Qing would face the True Demon after the Eight Demons fell and resolved to choose where their final battle would take place.

Yan Qing and his companions defeated He Hua Zi Zai Tian True Demon and Ying Su, then returned to the Thieves’ Den as Ying Le’s threat brought them together around a plan to steal the Glazed Dream Pearl. The arc ended with Bunny Heroine swallowing a dangerous Foundation Establishment Demon Core in Yaoshi Mountain City.

• Yan Qing strengthened Qiongqi with Pairing Up, but his puppets failed to break through the Bai Bao Guards’ defenses at Bone Plaza.
• Ying Ru Shi endured illusions of Yan Qing and Murong Hui together, while her fears of becoming like Ying Le deepened.
• Yan Qing, Murong Hui, and Ying Ru Shi confronted He Hua Zi Zai Tian True Demon and the Bai Bao Guard, and Yan Qing gained the Epitaph ability after the True Demon fell.
• Ying Su revealed that Myriad Hearts—Unity drew power from three hundred lives, but Yan Qing and Ying Ru Shi resisted him with help from Night Four’s mechanism puppets.

Bunny Heroine and Yan Qing conquered Chongming Cave, gained powerful rewards, and drew Dragon Locking True Person into their plans. After Yan Qing completed fourth-turn foundation establishment, he joined Yaoshi Yuan and their allies in an assault on Ying Le’s palace as she perfected her own Dao Foundation.

• Bunny Heroine established her Dragon Blood Eyebrow Dao Foundation, survived its calamities, and fought Dragon Locking True Person before asking her to help conquer a secret realm.
• Bunny Heroine, Yaoshi Yuan, and Dragon Locking True Person conquered Chongming Cave, defeating the Thunder Eagle and Chongming Bird while Yan Qing gathered loot and gained new abilities.
• Yan Qing bought Chongming Cave from Dragon Locking True Person, and repeated runs strengthened Bunny Heroine’s foundation before the group earned the Fourth-Turn Legendary Relic Chongming Pupil.
• After returning to Jiang Shi, Yan Qing discussed the risks of asking Dragon Locking True Person to help against Ying Le, while the Treasure Gathering Pavilion’s trade orders spread across the realms.
• Yan Qing took a Legendary Foundation Establishment Pill and survived the Three Disasters, forming the Calamity Four Phases Dao Foundation and gaining [Life and Death Together].
• Yan Qing prepared to confront Ying Le and offered his companions another Foundation Establishment Pill, while Ying Le’s array drained the residents of the City of Evernight and perfected her Dao Foundation.
