Luo Zhen's first morning in Uruk was already so lively, giving his new life a fairly decent start.
Even though Luo Zhen felt extremely annoyed and wished he could grind Merlin's face into the ground again to vent his anger, after Mash blushed and said, "I'll go find Senior tonight," he immediately felt much better and decided to let Merlin off.
Anna, however, seemed to be keeping her distance from Luo Zhen, as though she wanted to maintain a safe distance from him. That left Luo Zhen feeling somewhat hurt.
"I'm actually a gentleman, you know."
Luo Zhen had really wanted to say that, but in the end, he could only sigh repeatedly.
Everyone gathered in the common area on the first floor and sat around the communal table, preparing to enjoy breakfast.
Siduri had prepared breakfast. She had already said yesterday that she would deliver the meal this morning and take the opportunity to check on them.
However, when Siduri arrived at the Chaldea embassy, quite a few people were following behind her.
"I see. So you are the future outsiders the King mentioned?"
The speaker was a girl dressed in samurai armor—or rather, she was only wearing samurai armor. She did not even have an undershirt beneath it, exposing her skin directly to the air. Though her outfit was extraordinarily provocative and revealing, she herself did not seem to care at all. She held a samurai sword in a tail-shaped sheath, her long black hair tied up, and while sizing everyone up, she smiled at them with an innocent, guileless expression.
The girl was both beautiful and imposing, with a pleasant voice and an approachable appearance. Apart from her rather absurdly embarrassing outfit, she radiated a sharp, chilly aura, like a flower blooming beneath the moonlight, making people
