To return to Uruk as quickly as possible, Luo Zhen and the others hurried back through the night despite the darkness, striving to arrive before dawn.
Although Luo Zhen's magical energy was almost completely depleted, he still summoned a Familiar for transportation. It was not a Low-Level Familiar, either, but a Mid-Level Familiar, allowing them to speed up and rush all the way back to Uruk.
By the time Luo Zhen and the others returned to Uruk, it was nearly midnight.
At this hour, the people of Uruk should have long since fallen into dreamland.
However, when Luo Zhen and the others returned to Uruk, they discovered that the city was even livelier than it had been during the day.
The reason was naturally the humans Luo Zhen had teleported back.
Such a huge number of humans appearing in Uruk all at once, and so suddenly at that, had caused a tremendous commotion throughout the city.
In particular, some of these people had previously been on the battlefield, only to be attacked and carried away by the magical beasts. Many had assumed they had already become food for the beasts. No one had expected them to return completely unharmed, which was truly astonishing.
Under such circumstances, how could it not cause a huge commotion?
At the very least, Gilgamesh was worked off his feet dealing with them.
