The void, an unknown space.
This was perhaps a situation Galiusha had never anticipated.
She knew of the Drifters and had observed the Department of Consciousness and Faith Studies' research into them from behind the scenes. However, the relevant information was ultimately far too scarce. The scholars' conjectural conclusions could not serve as a basis for defining the Drifters. Thus, even if she knew of their existence, she merely knew that such beings existed. As for the Drifters' actual circumstances, she remained completely in the dark.
After briefly learning about Mr. Prisoner during the previous trial, Galiusha had assumed that Drifters were simply wills acting on behalf of gods, closer to the divine.
But she had never expected this so-called closeness to be this close!

How absurd. She had merely borrowed the identity of the other party's believer, yet she had actually been dragged into the void to stand trial?
For a moment, Galiusha was at a loss.
It would be a lie to say she was not afraid. No matter how wild she was, she was still only a mortal. She could look down on the Tower of Reason, the Scholarly Council, and the Grand Scholar, but could she look down on a god?
No matter how insane she was, she could not remain arrogant in the
