Truth is the second God of Civilization, associated with the Tower of Reason, the vanished Truth Empire, scholarly experimentation, and the pursuit of knowledge. Its followers regard the Universal Law of Truth as foundational: everything with form and substance contains Truth. 1021 1063

It promoted or researched Faith Fusion and investigated an affair involving Void, Existence, Silence, and its rival Foolishness. Truth concluded that Foolishness would only involve itself in a matter of exceptional significance—possibly one concerning the Primal or a power comparable to it. 881

During the conflict over Prosperity, Truth imprisoned the weakened deity in a tower of essence using chains formed from cosmic laws and world truths. It then appropriated Eupusca's bloodline in an attempt to inherit Prosperity's authority, but Deception disrupted the process by calling Justice (Order) to judge the matter. 328
