Background
Origins
Nora originated as an ordinary world within the Darkness Zone rather than a world nurtured by a Primal Spirit. Though humble in origin, it developed rapidly after wizards appeared and became a major civilization over roughly 300,000 years. 597
Its original scale had been folded into subspace. During the return of the Subspace Lands, the Wizard World and human realm ceased to be separate concepts: wizards, mortals, and foreign races were all incorporated into the Nora World. 508
Sauron prepared Nora for Plane Convergence through the forbidden spell Sauron’s Star Shift, intending to gather scattered civilizations into a force capable of resisting the Darkness Zone’s great tribulations. 540
Nora Will
Nora Will is the core of the world, appearing as a gigantic seven-colored sphere that continually draws in invisible power and grows. 578
Sauron later reveals that his will became the Nora Will and that his body became Nora’s mountains and rivers. Having been assimilated into a Plane Dominator, he can perceive Nora but cannot directly act, think, or retain ordinary human emotions. 652
Nora Will can instinctively defend the world during supreme-level clashes, causing a hazy white defensive light to appear across Nora’s crystal wall. 659
Territory and Integrations
| Territory / Civilization | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Subspace Lands | Gradually returned and merged with the mortal world, restoring Nora’s original scale and bringing wizard territories back as New Continents. 508 |
| Pandora World | Merged into Nora as a vast green continent dominated by the Pandora Mother Tree; the elves joined the Nora Council. 588 |
| Azure Sky Continent | Joined Nora after the Bloody Battle, bringing the Will of Azure Sky and barbarian powers into the Supreme Council. 595 |
| Blackwater World | Integrated through Mana and the Worm Overlord, becoming a major secret realm for the Spiritism, Insect, and Venom Schools. 621 |
| Shadow World | Merged with Nora Dark Side, dramatically expanding both sides of the world and creating quasi-colossus Nora. 634 |
| Nightmare World | Defeated and retained as a resource territory; a new Nightmare Council continued governing the land after the fall of the Nightmare Will and Lord of Terror. 677 678 |
| Tiya Universe | Seized after Levi killed the fleeing Mother Nest Will, ending the Insect race’s final major threat. 696 |
Society and Governance
Supreme Council
The Supreme Council serves as Nora’s highest governing body and the institution through which wizards, knights, giants, sea races, elves, barbarians, and other peoples gain political representation. 621 628
Nora’s political structure increasingly extends beyond wizard affairs. Its council enforces regulations over dangerous fused planes, administers belief lands across the Multiverse Plane, and organizes the pursuit of level-ten demons. 613 693
| Institution | Function |
|---|---|
| Supreme Council | Central governing body of Nora and its allied civilizations. |
| Nora Religious Belief Committee | Manages the belief lands of the Multiverse Plane. 693 |
| Plane Administration | Oversees the administration of Nora’s numerous fused worlds and territories. 693 |
| Nora Security Demon Subjugation Division | Hunts level-ten demons fleeing across the multiverse. 693 |
Following the final war, the Chaos Emperor becomes Nora’s first head of state, also called the Speaker of the Universe. The Nora Magna Carta establishes unity under the Supreme Council, collective defense, opposition to Zerg remnants, and continued exploration beyond the universe. 696
