Breeder Assessment

Locke noticed that there were five Assistant Breeders taking the assessment this time. Only two of them, including himself, were Assistant Breeders from Lilith's Cottage; the other three came from other small wizard organizations.

There were also three Formal Wizards from Lilith's Cottage at the Formal Breeder assessment site. Their white wizard robes all bore badges for Advanced Breeder certification, as well as certification badges for the various award-winning magical plants they had developed in the Southeastern Corner Region.

The most prominent among them was undoubtedly the person seated in the middle, dressed in a purple wizard robe and wearing a violet wizard hat, with an azure arcane orb floating around it.

This was Lady Morgana, Sophia's teacher.

Locke withdrew his gaze from Lady Morgana and joined the other four Assistant Breeders in bowing to the three Formal Wizards in charge of the assessment, who were also Advanced Breeders.

The three Assistant Breeders from outside small and medium-sized wizard organizations were clearly more nervous than the rest. Before the three Formal Wizards, their movements were stiff with tension, and even their voices sounded distorted when they greeted them.

This was because small and medium-sized wizard organizations often had only one or two Formal Wizards. Their status was even higher than that of Formal Wizards in Lilith's Cottage, and such organizations were often effectively ruled by a single wizard.

One of the Formal Wizards beside Morgana was the Advanced Breeder Jonas Cortes. He was best known for inventing an advanced magical plant called Boundary Marker Moss, which could generate a First Ring barrier on its own.

The barriers around Lilith's Cottage's various Alchemy Cabins were cast using the seeds of this advanced magical plant as spellcasting medium materials.
