The Tuber Mine was a parasitic potato Magic Plant. Its surface looked dull and gray, and it had to parasitize the inside of another Magic Plant. A layer of parasitic aerial roots covered its surface, allowing it to draw energy from within other Magic Plants.

In return, the Tuber Mine protected the parasitized Magic Plant. When the host Magic Plant encountered danger, it would explode.

Likewise, the Thunderbolt Potato was also a parasitic type of Magic Plant.

Its potato vines also had pale-purple parasitic aerial roots—roots that grew in the air.

Many Thunderbolt Potatoes hung from the surface of these vines. The moment they touched an enemy, they exploded and dealt a certain amount of lightning-element damage.

Essentially, the Thunderbolt Potato contained natural magical structural components similar to the [Electric Shock Palm Technique]. Once it exploded, it was effectively equivalent to a 0.3-ring Shaping School spell.

After weighing the Tuber Mine against the Thunderbolt Potato, Locke ultimately chose the latter. He lacked elemental damage spells, and the Thunderbolt Potato could make up for that weakness nicely.

The Tuber Mine, on the other hand, was purely an explosive spell and didn't involve elemental damage.

The Thunderbolt Potato vine was a parasitic Magic Plant that could live inside his King Rotten Soil Konjac, forming a symbiotic relationship. His rare, medium-to-high-quality Magic Plant could
