At noon, Locke arrived at the library in the White Dragon Tower, unlike the first time he had entered the Plutarch Family, when no one had paid him any attention.
Now, Locke was one of Alicia's favored people within the Plutarch Family, so quite a few students, and even some Formal Wizard mentors from White Dragon Magic Gem University, nodded and greeted him.
The library in the Land of Six Towers did not use a points system. In other words, it did not require contribution points, but was instead based on authority.
Students and Wizards of higher status possessed greater authority, while those of lower status had only the lowest level of access.
The levels of authority ranged from Level One to Level Seven, from highest to lowest.
Locke even saw an ordinary Formal Wizard sitting inconspicuously in a corner of the library. He seemed to have come from a commoner background and was not a Wizard from the Plutarch Family or one of its affiliated families. He had become a Formal Wizard entirely through talent and a bit of luck, and as a result, he had only Level Four access.
This meant that he could hardly consult any books of value. He could only sit miserably in the corner, with three Apprentice-Level reference books placed in front of him, doing nothing by himself at a desk.
Locke glanced at the badge on his chest and discovered that the man was actually only an assistant teacher.
As Locke scanned the library on his way through, he absurdly discovered that some of the Wizard mentors at White Dragon Magic Gem University were actually First-Class Wizard Apprentices.
It was simply ridiculous.
It could be called one of the rare wonders of Wizard Civilization.
