The Ice-Drip Method was a new tea-brewing technique invented by the tea artisans among the Breeder branch. It used the condensation water dripping from melting ice to brew tea. The resulting flavor was clean and refreshing, with a pronounced sweetness that brought out the flavor of Duck Head Green Tea to the fullest. It was also a signature dish recently introduced by the Witch's Kitchen in the Cloud Marsh Wetland.
