Other Buddhas were already quite remarkable if they possessed several of them. Even Past Buddha Burning Lamp Buddha and Future Buddha Maitreya Buddha possessed only a little over twenty marks.
As for those who had not attained Buddhahood, no matter how high their cultivation or realm, they would not develop Buddhist marks without the fruit of Buddhahood.
Guanyin Bodhisattva naturally did not possess Buddhist marks either.
