Medical Center.

The intern's changing room.

After saying that, the Chief of Surgery Richard Webber, left.

The group went to the changing room, changed into blue shirts and white coats, and put on stethoscopes around their necks, officially entering the state of intern doctors.

Hospitals are places with strict hierarchies, and even clothing is subject to rules.

Interns and residents wear blue shirts, while Attending Physician wear dark blue shirts.

"The first shift was 48 hours long, that was terrifying."

Bianca complained to Adam in a low voice, "Things are much easier in internal medicine."

"So this is surgery."

Adam straightened his clothes and smiled.

"There are only 6 women out of 20 surgical interns, which is quite unfriendly."

Meredith looked around and then complained.

"Has the male-to-female ratio reached 1:1 at Harvard Medical School?"

Adam asked curiously.

"..."

Meredith paused.

Men still dominate most industries, and the medical field is no exception; there are far more male than female medical students.

A ratio of 14:6 is already quite favorable, considering this is General Surgery Department, not gynecology.

Her complaints were just a subconscious reaction of her feminist instincts; who knew Adam would be so uncooperative?

"This is nothing. One of the six women is a model."

Cristina chuckled and looked over at Alice: "Seriously, does this make us feel any respect?"

"Alice is not."

Adam laughed and said, "If there really is a model, it must be her."

Following Adam's gaze, the group saw a tall, blonde, curvaceous woman fixing her hair.

"No way?"

Cristina asked in surprise, "Aren't models all slim and without any bulk?"

"That depends on the model."

Adam explained, "Those niche supermodels who went astray are of course the kind you're talking about, but for regular models, blonde and fierce blondes are still preferred because they are more in line with the public's aesthetic."

"You know so much?"

Meredith gave a half-smile.

"I know a little, I know a little."

Adam smiled reservedly.

"He's a billionaire, so of course he knows these things best."

Cristina's gaze swept over Alice, the tall, slender, blonde, and fierce model, Bianca, Meredith, before finally glancing at herself in the mirror, her tone somewhat strange.

"Our class is really a bit peculiar. Not only are there billionaires becoming doctors, but also a bunch of beautiful women. If you didn't know better, you'd think we were filming a medical drama called ' Our Days '."

"You watch ' Our Days ' too?"

Adam's gaze was strange. "So what do you think of Dr. Derek Ramore?"

Meredith paused when she heard Derek's name.

"He's quite handsome, but a bit silly. He's only good in TV dramas; he could never be a doctor in real life."

Cristina commented.

"Ha ha."

Adam couldn't help but laugh out loud.

"Derek Ramore's actress is Joey Tribiani, a good friend of Adam's."

Bianca explained.

"Yeah?"

Cristina was somewhat surprised, since TV actors are quite different from ordinary people, but considering Adam's status as a writer and billionaire, she felt it was only natural that they knew each other.

Can I ask you a question about Joey?

"Feel free to ask."

Adam laughed.

"He often pauses halfway through a sentence, tilts his head, and looks thoughtful. Has he forgotten his lines?"

Cristina finally voiced her long-held question.

"This is called the Fart-Sniffing Acting Method."

Adam quipped, "It's specifically designed to help me recall my lines when I forget them."

"Just as I thought."

Cristina shrugged and said, "How did your friend get chosen? He's supposed to be an important supporting actor, how come he can't even memorize his lines?"

"Hehe."

Instead of answering, Adam asked, "You think the Fart-Sniffing Acting Method was his own invention? He learned it from his predecessors."

How was Joey chosen?

Of course, it was done through back channels.

However, there's no need to tell anyone else about this.

"Okay, Martin, Robinson, Bond, Hawkins!"

Hospital staff began grouping the interns.

The four interns quickly went over and, following the staff's instructions, went to find their supervising resident.

"Who are you on? Meredith and I are Bailey."

Cristina asked.

"You guys are taking the Nazi too? Me too."

Before Adam and Bianca could speak, a slightly chubby boy interjected, "At least we'll suffer together. I'm George O'Malley."

Seeing that Meredith and Cristina ignored him, he walked over and said to the smiling Meredith, "We met at the bar last night. You were wearing a black dress with a slit at the hem and Roman sandals... Now you think I'm gay? No, I'm not gay..."

"Are you sure?"

Adam joked, "That's not what normal men focus on."

When a man looks at a woman, he scrutinizes her from head to toe and remembers what she's wearing; there's nothing wrong with that.

But he could even accurately describe the features of the skirt she wore and the type of shoes she wore. Even if he wasn't gay, he was still a bit effeminate.

Little chubby George: "..."

"O'Malley, Yang, Grey, Stevenson!"

"The staff member shouted."

The chubby boy quickly chased after Grey, and the blonde, fierce-looking model followed closely behind.

"He's definitely popular with women."

Adam watched the four of them leave and complained to Bianca, "They were practically living in a flower garden."

A group of four interns, with only the chubby Joey as the only man and the other three women, two of whom were beautiful. If it were Joey and Barney, they would be ecstatic.

You're overthinking it.

Bianca chuckled, "Too many women aren't good either. He might become gay even if he wasn't originally gay."

"That's true."

Adam paused for a moment, then nodded and smiled, "When everyone around you treats you like a sister, it's easy for a man who isn't a real man to be assimilated into a sister. I think O'Malley is too soft-hearted, which is dangerous."

"What if it were a real man like you?"

Bianca rolled her eyes at him.

"Hehe."

Adam smiled without saying a word.

If it were him, they would still become sisters if he wanted to.

"Duncan, Samson, Turk, Fowler!"

The staff started registering again.

"Let's go."

Adam beckoned Bianca to walk toward the door.

"Hi, I'm Chris Turk."

A bald African American youth greeted him warmly, "I'm with the same team as you, the Dr. Love."

"Adam Duncan".

Bianca Samson.

The two shook hands with him.

Adam asked curiously, "The Dr. Love? Is that Dr. Sheran. Sheran Hillon's nickname?"

"Right."

Bald Chris laughed and said, "Unlike the Nazi, the doctor we work with, Sheran Dr. Sheran, has a very good personality. She loves to care for patients and colleagues with love, so she is jokingly called the Dr. Love.' We are really lucky."
