Hospital room.

The new Mrs. Mosby, Anna Mosby, lay in the hospital bed, looking blissfully at her newlywed husband Ted Mosby as he read to her from a book beside her bed.

Ted held the book in one hand and his wife's hand in the other. Every so often, they exchanged glances and smiled at each other, radiating happiness and sweetness.

This was the scene Adam saw when he walked in.

"Adam, you're here."

Anna greeted Adam with a smile.

"Adam."

Ted also turned to look at him.

"Anna, how are you feeling today?"

Adam asked as he examined her.

"Very well."

Anna glanced at Ted. "Better than ever before."

"That's good."

Adam nodded.

"Can Anna attend Marshall and Lily's wedding the day after tomorrow?"

Ted asked with concern.

"Anna's recovering quite well. Attending shouldn't be a problem."

Adam thought it over. "But she can only attend. She can show up for the important parts, then she needs to come back and rest in bed. She can't stay at the wedding reception for too long."

"That's enough."

Ted smiled. "I just want Anna to attend with me. After all, it's Marshall and Lily's wedding."

"All right."

Adam nodded. "I'll be there too, and I'll keep a close eye on Anna's condition."

"Thank you, Adam."

Anna thanked him sincerely.
