Adam, having put Ellis Grey's private tutoring session on hold for the evening, first went to see Phoebe. After leaving the Medical Center, he visited Monica at her apartment.
After checking on her and chatting with Monica and Chandler for a while, he took his leave.

A beautiful woman stood at the door, smoothed her fitted clothes, glanced at the camera in the corner, took a deep breath, and pressed the doorbell.
"Sandra, you can do this. Don't forget your main objective this time! Don't!"
Sandra, a reporter for the Daily Bugle, kept psyching herself up as she waited for the door to open.
A week ago, after realizing she had shamefully laid all her cards on the table, Sandra had been dejected for a while before pulling herself together again.

And with Adam's dazzling fame, all of it would be within easy reach.
She should have come back six days ago to keep up the momentum.
