Breaking through to godhood with the Destruction Rule didn't strengthen my Magnetic Field talent, it actually weakened it. However, this was within Linley's expectations, as the power of the Magnetic Field ultimately depends on the Soul and physique.
Originally, Linley had relied on refining Soul Gold Granules, accumulating thousands of years, and gaining an initial understanding of the Lightning Marsh's Profound Mysteries. This had healed the Soul damage from his first deification, and the fusion of his Magnetic Field and Spiritual Sense had expanded his perception range.
Now, with his second deification, half of his Sanctuary True Body's Soul had been split off again, causing his perception range to drop by a full half.
This impact was significant, but it was a necessary price to pay for deifying externally!
Linley knew which was more important!
Even if given another chance, he wouldn't change his decision!
Linley adjusted his emotions and comforted himself in his heart, "Forget it, I'll have plenty of time to recover slowly later."
Just as he was lost in thought about the future.
Familiar Spiritual Senses swept over, filled with envy and a touch of sadness.
"It really is you, Linley!"
"Congratulations!"
"Becoming a god with the Destruction Rule is truly an incredible achievement!"
Thomas and the others offered their congratulations.
Linley smiled, "Come on over, everyone. Let's get together."
He used his Divine Power to open the castle gates, and the God-level powerhouses walked in, their faces full of smiles and admiration.
"You few, go make arrangements..."
Linley instructed the maids to prepare drinks and food.
Although Saints would no longer need to eat or drink in the future, their bodies instinctively absorbing the elements of heaven and earth to survive, in the infinite life they possessed, indulging in the pleasures of the palate was still very necessary.
After a few rounds of drinks, Thomas opened the conversation, "Linley, you've been in seclusion for a while, so there's something I haven't told you."
"Hmm?"
Linley nodded, his expression becoming more serious. He had long since instructed Thomas to handle the minor affairs of the tribe freely, as he didn't care about power. Since it was being brought up specifically, it must be quite important.
Thomas said solemnly, "The number of Saints being sent to our tribe has been increasing over the years. It's about ten times what it was a thousand years ago, and it's still growing."
Linley pondered, thinking, Could it be that the Sovereigns have dispatched Plane Guardians into the countless Material Planes?
He had previously asked the Saints who came from the Material Planes to his tribe, and without exception, none of them had managed any teleportation arrays. They had all come to Hell out of curiosity. Some realized something was amiss and wanted to return, but they were sternly reprimanded and blocked by the Sovereign Legion.
Linley asked, "Have there been any special changes in the Material Planes?"
Thomas nodded and replied, "I heard the Sovereigns have dispatched an administrator called a Plane Guardian, responsible for overseeing the teleportation arrays and guiding Saints and God-level beings to the Supreme Plane and God Plane."
This wasn't a secret at all; one could find out by simply asking any Saint who had been sent here over the years.
Linley felt relieved, thinking, I've been in this world for less than two thousand years; time is actually quite short, especially for the Sovereigns. Perhaps these are management measures that are only now gradually being perfected.
Thinking of this, Linley suddenly had another question and continued, "Besides this, are there any other changes in the Material Planes, specifically related to the Sovereigns?"
Thomas blinked, then gave an awkward laugh, "I don't know much about that. Perhaps I should find someone to ask."
Linley nodded and immediately had Thomas go do it, preferably bringing the person along so he could ask directly.
Seeing Linley's seriousness, Thomas didn't dare to delay and sprang into action. Donald and the others also went to assist. Gradually, several Saints were brought into the castle, kneeling respectfully on the ground. Before this, they hadn't even had the qualifications to meet their leader.
"I have some questions for you..."
As more and more information was gathered, Linley's eyes grew brighter and more fervent, a flicker of excitement igniting within him.
The Sovereigns were massively expanding their channels of faith!
The implications were obvious: the Faith War was about to begin, or had already begun!
The more chaotic the situation, the better. Only a Sovereign could kill a Sovereign!
This way, latecomers like Linley would have a sliver of a chance to obtain a Sovereign Spark and become a Sovereign!
Dennis hesitated and said, "Linley, do you think the Sovereigns will fight each other to occupy more faith from the Material Planes?"
Thomas and the others also wore solemn expressions.
Linley nodded, not surprised by his question, and calmly replied, "Perhaps there's a possibility."
How many beings who could deify independently, let alone become Middle Gods, were fools!
They might not understand as clearly as Linley, a transmigrator, but they could still analyze things based on the available information.
For a moment, the atmosphere became serious and oppressive, with everyone showing varying degrees of worry.
"Our Tianlan Tribe is quite close to Red Stone City. Will we be dragged into any trouble?"
Donald's tone carried a hint of concern.
Everyone understood what he meant. After all, Red Stone City was a city protected by a Sovereign, and its security had always been absolutely guaranteed in the past.
But if the Sovereigns began to fight, no one could guarantee the extent of the fallout.
The entire Tianlan Tribe didn't even have a High-God. Even a slightly larger ripple could wipe them out completely.
Linley shook his head and comforted them, "Don't overthink things. The Sovereigns are too far away from us. Just focus on cultivating and improving yourselves."
As the conversation turned to cultivation, Dennis felt a stir in his heart and cautiously probed, "Linley... your third Profound Mystery..."
Linley glanced at Dennis. He could clearly sense the emotions conveyed by the fluctuations in the magnetic field from all the God-level powerhouses present. Most of them were expectant, with no ill intentions, including Durandal.
"I'm close to fusing three Profound Mysteries. It's thanks to becoming a God through the Destruction Rule this time; it's like gaining insight into the Profound Mysteries of the Lightning Law through analogy."
Everyone present was shocked and envious upon hearing this.
They all understood the difficulty of a triple fusion and marveled at Linley's talent, having reached this point in such a short time.
Thomas smiled and suggested, "Linley, we've been collecting Blood Crystals for a thousand years. Shouldn't we make a trip to Red Stone City?"
In recent years, the tribe's efficiency in annexing and expanding, and accumulating resources, had increased by tens of times.
Linley nodded and looked at the tribe's God-level powerhouses present. After some thought, he said, "Thomas, Corey, and I will go. You all stay here."
"Alright."
No one had any objections.
"We'll depart in ten years."
Linley set the date. For God-level powerhouses, this amount of time was negligible.
Thomas suddenly said with a grin, "Oh, right, Linley. The tribe has acquired some more high-quality women over the years. Do you want to pick a few?"
Most of the other God-level powerhouses also chuckled. Men, after all, never felt they had too many women.
Durandal's expression flickered with a hint of complexity, but it was gone in an instant.
In the years since refining a Sovereign Spark and becoming a God-level powerhouse, his treatment and status were worlds apart from the past. He had killed the Saints who had mocked him and acquired new women.
