"First Hall of Sin, here I come!"
Passing through the hazy, distorted special hall door that resembled a passage through time and space, Xu Xiaoshou felt his vision blur. The next second, he had landed inside the First Hall of Sin.
Everything in sight carried an ancient, timeworn air.
The noble dark gold was utterly different from the First Hall of Sin's exterior. Everywhere exuded a luxury that was simple yet far from plain, understated yet concealing an inward nobility.
Contrary to what he had expected, the interior style and furnishings of the First Hall of Sin were remarkably peculiar.
This place could be called small... no, it should simply be called tiny!
Other than a table to the left of the entrance, upon which sat several disorderly wooden figurines coated in dust, there was only a tea table in the center.
The tea table was small too, only knee-high, with a little wooden chair on each side. It felt like a place for children, or for the owner here to sit down and play or chat with friends who had no lofty demands.
The only thing remaining was a wooden staircase winding upward along the right-hand wall, vanishing into the second-floor loft.
"This..."
Xu Xiaoshou stared in astonishment.
The First Hall of Sin's interior was so small that it truly exceeded all his expectations.
He still remembered what Xiao Kongtong had said on the way here. The First Hall of Sin that the dean had experienced was a dark, enclosed, vast labyrinth filled with eerie mist.
But compared with what lay before him...
"Hello?"
Xu Xiaoshou called out instinctively. To his surprise, the wooden loft inside the First Hall of Sin had excellent soundproofing; only a faint echo answered him.
Bullshit!
How was this the First Hall of Sin?
