"Dao Qiongchang, what kind of madness are you up to again?"
The Storyteller had watched for quite a while before finally being unable to hold back.
The road to the Grey Palace of the Xu Moon would have been dull and tedious, if not for Dao Qiongchang.
Sure enough, the Central Region sword immortal battle had only just concluded when this fellow, unable to sit still for even a moment, came up with another new stunt.
He was currently fiddling with the thing in his hands...
"This Hall calls it the 'Smiling Face Mask.'"
Dao Qiongchang was never stingy when it came to introducing his proud inventions. He believed the desire to share was an elevated desire and should not be suppressed.
After tinkering with it for so long, someone had finally shown interest. He handed over the thing in his hands. "Want to try it?"
What kind of mask was this?
Masks went over one's face. What Dao Qiongchang held was plainly a hood—or rather, a helmet!
"No."
The Storyteller refused crisply and with undisguised disgust, yet he could not help asking, "What does it do?"
Dao Qiongchang held his helmet without speaking. He pushed the flesh on his cheeks upward, compressed his mouth into a thin line, and began to smile.
"Heavenly..."
"Forget it if you're not going to say it!" The Storyteller cut off the casting first.
"It's a Heavenly Mechanism Mask." Dao Qiongchang lifted the helmet in his hand and explained of his own accord. "As long as you wear this marvelous 'Smiling Face Mask,' regardless of your cultivation level or the angle from which you look, the wearer will always be smiling... Even if you're looking at the back of my head, I'll have a face there, and it'll be smiling. Impressive, right?"
The entire
