Xu Xiaoshou escaped the White Cavern’s collapsing pocket world with the Three-Day Frost Calamity and gathered new powers and allies. He then joined the Spirit Palace group and fought Lu Ke over the Origin Dao-Pattern Stone, which Yu Zhiwen had begun restoring.

• Xu Xiaoshou subdued the Emberglow Primordial Seed with the Three-Day Frost Calamity, froze the collapsing small world, and escaped to the White Cavern with the Gray Mist Man.
• Shouye confronted Xu Xiaoshou and pursued him, while Storyteller trapped the Gray Mist Man in a spatial page and Shouye sent Xin to warn Lan Ling.
• Xu Xiaoshou returned to the Origin Mansion, contracted with the Emberglow Primordial Seed, made A Huo and A Bing submit, and helped Unhappy overcome his demonic obstruction.
• Xu Xiaoshou learned about Sword Thought and the Canon of Sword Observation, then developed Concealment into Vanishing Art and awakened Swallowing Mountains and Rivers.
• Xu Xiaoshou reunited with the Spirit Palace group, defeated Tan Ji, and learned that Rao Yinyin’s party was seeking the Origin Dao-Pattern Stone.
• A black-robed group led by an impostor Xu Xiaoshou confronted the camp, but Su Qianqian and Xu Xiaoshou stopped them and Xu Xiaoshou recognized Lu Ke among them.
• Lu Ke unsealed the Origin Dao-Pattern Stone, Yu Zhiwen began restoring it, and she used Gou Wuyue’s token to make Lu Ke back down.
• Xu Xiaoshou subdued the gathered cultivators and claimed the Origin Dao-Pattern Stone under Tan Ji’s name, then froze Lu Ke’s swords and burned him with Emberlight Skyburn.

Xu Xiaoshou uncovered more about Ghost Beasts and the White Cavern while the struggle for Yousi Sword drew the Red Robes, Saint Slave, and Grey Palace into a disastrous battle. Storyteller trapped the fighters inside his Ancient Book Space, but Lan Ling discovered the scheme and Storyteller confronted her.

• Xu Xiaoshou escaped Lu Ke, learned Mu Zixi’s God-Devil Pupils were tied to an awakening second consciousness, and was found by Jiao Tangtang, who tried to make him contract with Greed God.
• Xu Xiaoshou questioned Jiao Tangtang about Ghost Beasts and learned that White Cavern had once been Emberlight Nethersea, with rifts that might lead to Void Island.
• Xu Xiaoshou used chaotic mist to break the Heavenly Secrets Formation around the Origin Dao-Pattern Stone, expanding the Origin Mansion before setting out with Mu Zixi and A-Jie for the Yousi Sword.
• The Red Robes’ formation failed to contain Yousi Sword, and contenders including He Yuxing, Gu Qing'san, and Lei Shuangxing fought over it as its demonic power ravaged Sword-Severing Prairie.
• Lei Shuangxing claimed Yousi Sword’s recognition and attacked Gu Qing'san, while Xin Gugu transformed and battled the Red Robes, shattering the prairie’s space.
• Jiao Tangtang tricked Cheng Xingchu into taking Yousi Sword, then used a Fallen Sacrificial Carving Fragment and Ghost Beast Pearl to turn him into the Saint War Black Angel.
• Xu Xiaoshou tried to control the Heaven-Sealing Grand Formation with the Heavenly Pivot Mechanism Plate and discovered that Sword-Severing Prairie was inside a copy held in Storyteller’s Ancient Book Space.
• Lan Ling ordered the Red Robes to break the realm, but Storyteller froze the Red Robes and Ghost Beasts before appearing beside her.

Xu Xiaoshou revealed himself after rescuing Jiao Tangtang and Xin Gugu, then destroyed the Ancient Book Space and fought to escape the White Cavern. As the Red Robes reconsidered who he was, Xu Xiaoshou fled under the influence of a watching rain and was carried onward by Yousi Sword.

• Xu Xiaoshou seized Yousi Sword, rescued Jiao Tangtang by drawing out its demonic energy, and recovered Xin Gugu’s preserved soul thread from Storyteller.
• Xu Xiaoshou outmaneuvered Yu Zhiwen’s question game, revealed his identity, and used the Heavenly Pivot Mechanism Plate to destroy the Ancient Book Space.
• Xu Xiaoshou escaped the collapse with Lu Ke, but Shouye confronted him and demanded that he come to Red Robes Prison.
• Xu Xiaoshou fought Shouye, forced him to contain a fused Emberglow Primordial Seed and Three-Day Frost Calamity blast, and was intercepted by Storyteller and Luo Leilei.
• Storyteller tried to take Xu Xiaoshou with him, but A-Jie absorbed Yousi Sword’s demonic power and helped Xu Xiaoshou break through nested spaces.
• Xu Xiaoshou escaped Storyteller and Shouye with a compressed Ice-Fire Ball, while Shouye swallowed the energy orb to protect White Cavern.
• Lan Ling and Black Nether concluded that Wen Ming was Xu Xiaoshou and that the Second Saint Slave was likely an impostor, while the masked man said an old man had found a candidate in White Cavern.
• Xu Xiaoshou survived the explosion, realized the rain was watching and hypnotizing him, then asked Yousi Sword to carry him toward a way out.

Xu Xiaoshou joined Saint Slave as the White Cavern crisis brought him face to face with Gou Wuyue and the masked chief. The chief revealed himself as the long-lost Ba Zunan, and Saint Slave escaped after Yu Lingdi was defeated.

• Xu Xiaoshou joined Saint Slave after the masked man argued that he could pursue freedom without refusing all compromise, and received a purple token marked Eight.
• Ye Xiaotian and the Tiansang Spirit Palace elders confronted Gou Wuyue, but failed to retrieve the hidden trainees before Saint Slave declared war on the White Robes.
• Xu Xiaoshou refused Ye Xiaotian’s offer to leave with him, then taunted Gou Wuyue and dodged the clash between Gou Wuyue and Cen Qiaofu.
• The masked chief broke Gou Wuyue’s suppression, killed Cheng Yuan and Chang Yi, pierced the Nation-Covering Sky Shroud, and announced that his name was Ba Zunan.
• Hua Changdeng confirmed that Ba Zunan had survived, while Gou Wuyue ordered his subordinates to withdraw and recognized that Ba Zunan was sealing Voice of Nulan.
• Saint Slave escaped the barrier as Yu Lingdi and Number Thirty-Three confronted them, and Haitang'er warned that Holy Spirit Guards and Ai Cangsheng’s Evil Sin Bow awaited outside.
• Yu Lingdi attacked Ba Zunan, but Storyteller, Cen Qiaofu, and Haitang'er overwhelmed him, and Storyteller swallowed his remains.
• Haitang'er trapped Number Thirty-Three and the White Robes in his domain, while Gou Wuyue recognized Ba Zunan and Ba Zunan returned Yousi Sword to Xu Xiaoshou after saying he could no longer wield a sword.
