"Grey's Crystal Shoes was more widespread and famous during the Fifth Epoch than any of your first four fairy tales, in a sense. Therefore, in theory, it should possess even greater power."
After all, the Fifth Epoch was the age of witches. Stories about princess dreams and Crystal Shoes were quite appealing. Of course, for that very reason, a third of the versions circulating today were not about a prince and princess, but the "friendship" between princesses.
"Besides, you know better than I do how extravagant the witch emperors of the Fifth Epoch were. There really were witches who crafted Crystal Shoes during the Fifth Epoch, and there really was a pair that transformed into a relic after the changing of epochs."
"Oh?"
Shade immediately became interested:
"What level? What are its specific traits?"
"A Poet Level relic, Princess's Crystal Shoes. Its traits aren't especially powerful. Wearing those shoes lets one transform into a princess's attire."
Dorothy tried her best to describe it:
"You can think of it as a transformation with effects even more gorgeous than when you just opened the Mystic Lock. The dress and hair ornaments after transforming are even more elaborate than Leisha at her most formally dressed. In that attire, the clothing will not be damaged or contaminated under any circumstances, and the wearer's illusion magic is enhanced. Oh, and while wearing those shoes, one can move quite steadily across any relatively flat terrain containing water, even atop the canopy of a dense forest."
The relic did not sound particularly useful, but upon careful consideration, it still had some uses:
