Miss Aurora agreed with a smile, not forgetting to wink at Shade. For a young girl, it was a playful expression, but for ladies like Miss Galina and Miss Aurora, who were somewhat more mature, it was clearly a flirtatious look.

The maids shielded them from view, while Shade took a step back to give them space. Everyone raised their glasses and gently clinked them beneath the dazzling Gas Lamps, champagne, wine, Port Wine, and Sherry swaying softly within their glasses.
Grandma Cassandra, advanced in years, seemed especially delighted as she looked at the young ladies raising their glasses:
"It has truly been a long time since things were this lively. The last time we gathered like this was over thirty years ago."
Thirty years ago, aside from Megan and Audrey, the two half-elves of uncertain age, the other Witches had not yet become Witches.
"Grandma, you'll be able to say that many more times in the future. Things may become even livelier than they are now."
The blonde Miss Benanis said this, then glanced at Shade. All the Witches laughed; they all understood what Miss Benanis meant.
Tifa gently pushed Shade from behind, and he tactfully stepped forward:
