Shade was very curious where all that wood had come from, before realizing that this was a power similar to his Thaumaturgy—Traveler Camp—capable of directly creating a scene.
The campfire was not very bright, but looking at Sister Devlin kneeling by the fire, Shade felt an inexplicable sense of reassurance.
"Aren't you coming upstairs with me?"
He asked. The gray-haired nun wearing a Silver Eye Patch nodded slightly, still saying nothing. Although Shade did not know what she was planning, since the nun had said so, he headed upstairs alone, treating it as a solo investigation.
The inside of the apartment was not run-down. It seemed to still be in use, though he did not know why no one was there now. After reaching the 2nd Floor, Shade detected nothing unusual in the darkness and continued upward with the lantern in hand. Only as he approached the third floor did the Whisper Element gradually become active:

Amid a chilling wail, the fire rapidly expanded until it became a person completely engulfed in blue flames. With its arms spread wide, it charged at Shade.
