"Did you know that the Church and the other Ring Arcanists have already begun landing on the island?"

Iluna asked again as she and Shade walked toward the long table, though they merely stood before it without taking their seats. Shade stared at the diviner across from them, while "she" whispered in his ear:

Very similar, but still not the main body.

"Of course I know. I know whenever any outsider sets foot on this 'Green Island.'"

The monocled diviner said as he lifted the wineglass before him and scattered its contents. A curtain of water appeared in the air, displaying an image.

Around the reef-covered island, dozens of differently shaped small boats carrying High-Ring Arcanists had appeared amid the black reefs riddled with holes, braving the torrential rain and violent gale.

Within the surging green lake water, countless monsters rose from below like a tide, blocking their approach to shore. Their clash of Thaumaturgy alone had formed a distinct band of light across the water.

Divine arts tried to illuminate the night, while the radiance of the Thirteenth Ring of Fate shone brilliantly through the mist. Green lake water churned and splashed over everyone. Even at the dock along the island's edge, Miss Sylvia and Miss Galina, who had already come ashore, could be seen attempting to stop the monsters approaching Green Lake Inn.

Miss Aurora stood atop the bow of a shell-shaped small boat, her brown hair whipping in the wind. She blew the azure conch in her hand toward the sky, and as its melodious sound rang out, dense clusters of bubbles emerged amid the waves behind the dozen or so boats. One Mermaid head after another slowly rose from beneath the water.

"Mermaids. So they are ladies of the Aurora Family."
