Shade marveled inwardly at that Mermaid's wicked sense of humor. Richard had actually not objected to that view:
"This world is heading toward disaster and destruction. If you can use her power to help civilization, then so be it. I stand by my justice, but I do not demand that others be like me. But be very careful. Remember to ask yourself whether you are using her, or she is using you."

The originally blurry figure flickered once more before vanishing completely. At the same time, the notebook pierced through by the longsword on the ground finally completed its crystallization. Even standing right beside it, Shade could sense only an extremely faint Whisper Element. Even the element of the simplest Poet Level Relic would have been more obvious than this.
After dismissing Moonbeam Thorns, Shade pulled out the silver Cross Sword. Holding the thick pink crystal, which no longer resembled a notebook at all, in his hands, Shade asked inwardly:
"What is this?"

"What else?"
