Footsteps echoed through the library, followed by Emilia's well-behaved greeting to Danist. Stars glittered across the arched ceiling, and the astrolabe slowly turned. The library was quiet as Saint Byron's passed through another peaceful long night.

"Good evening. Has Little Liana been settled in?"
"Yes, Professor. Little Liana likes Ellie too. Before we left the island, they had worn themselves out playing and had already returned to Unicorn Nest to rest. I'll go visit them again tomorrow."
