Sivie and Vanessa finally breathed a sigh of relief after confirming the enemy's death. Smiles appeared on the Witches' faces, and then they looked again at Little Mia standing on Ellie's back.
Ellie was not as afraid of the cat as Little Liana had been, nor did the cat seem to be bullying the Little Unicorn. Having experienced the Battle of Moon Bay, they naturally guessed that the "Sun" from just now had been Little Mia. They simply did not know how to ask about it.
The story of the gods of the Fifth Epoch giving the stars, and the stars in turn coming from the Moon God, was far too complicated. Shade had no desire to explain it while standing there:

In the end, Sivie remained at the edge of the crater with Ellie to wait for the others, while Shade and Vanessa jumped into the still-smoking pit.
It was not actually very deep. Snow Mountain's ability to withstand damage was clearly quite strong. It was only because the crater was so enormous that jumping into it created the illusion of being very far from the surface.
The burning enemy was naturally located at the very center of the crater, which was also where the silver-blue glow shone brightest within the immense pit.
Shade had worried that the enemy's power would contaminate Snow Mountain, but thankfully that concern proved completely unnecessary. In the end, they found only several pieces of pure silver-blue ore at the crater's center. The ore looked almost like solidified starlight—true "Star Fragments."
After digging further, Shade found a glowing star-blue ring deeper beneath the center of the crater. Silver specks of light even flickered within its beautiful hue. Other than that, this
