The person who had died in the church had been wearing her Skin Object, while she had put on someone else's Skin Object and roleplayed another person in the opera troupe, even going onstage to perform.
After removing the Skin Object, the bloodied woman stared blankly at her horrifying reflection in the Mirror. Then she took several bottles and jars from the cabinet beneath the Dressing Table and carefully applied their contents to the old woman's Skin Object.
Miss Lorraine had examined those Containers just now. They had all contained skincare cosmetics, and it now appeared that her conclusion had not been wrong.
After caring for the human skin, the bloodied woman did not put it back on immediately.
