Of course, Wei Ge would not leave alone on that little boat:
"I came here with my friends. I want to visit the hall with them. Is that not allowed?"
She had already prepared herself for the other side to limit the number of companions she could bring, but the response from the little boat surprised everyone:
"Very well. Please sail after me."
"They agreed?"
No one had expected them to agree so readily, but the other side gave those on the yacht no time to think before turning the boat toward the distance. The yacht set sail again and followed behind it, though its speed was clearly affected by the White Fog and could only be maintained at the lowest level.
The two boats headed toward the center of the lake. Gradually, other vessels appeared in the fog. They were all small boats, and aside from the indistinct guiding boatmen, each carried ordinary people who had clearly come from the outside world.
Desire had been right. Aside from Shade's group, Skin Object Hall clearly had other guests today, though only Shade's group had arrived on their own boat.
The White Fog severely impaired perception, and Shade had no idea who the other people in the mist were. All the boats were heading in the same direction, but strangely, the other vessels vanished one after another.
There seemed to be something enormous at the center of the lake, but before the boats could approach it, both the leading boat and the yacht stopped. Another little boat came from the direction of the lake's center. It passed the boat carrying the guide and finally stopped beside the yacht.
There were five terrified people on that boat. All of them were crying as they desperately shouted at Shade and the others on
