The study door closed softly. Li Nian spun once in the wide, cushioned executive chair her father usually sat in, then looked toward Lin Yu at the door.
"So... Sister Zhu Ming, what did you want to talk to me about?"
The other members of the Freedom Alliance were still downstairs, each busy with their own affairs.
Li Nian had noticed that "Zhu Ming" seemed to have something to say to her, so they tacitly went upstairs and waited for the other to come looking for her.
She looked at the girl standing by the door. The girl was only a few years older than her, yet seemed much more mature and composed. Li Nian interlaced her hands on the desk.

Lin Yu walked across from Li Nian and pulled out a chair.
"He isn't that important to me," Lin Yu said coolly and proudly. "But you two should have met before and talked about something, right?"
Li Nian stuck out her tongue. "Yes, last night... We just happened to run into each other."
"Both of us took your feelings into account, Sister Zhu Ming, and quietly made a deal with each other, exchanging some information, such as details about that monster... Of course, the Order doesn't know, and the Freedom Alliance doesn't know either."
Lin Yu curled her lips. "I know roughly what happened, but... he punched you three times in the nose."
