Entering Congress was no easy matter—

Here, this meant entering Congress as a senator, becoming one of the so-called congressmen Masters.

Entering Congress as a member of the House of Representatives was also difficult, but the resistance was not as great.

Each state had a different number of seats, depending on its circumstances.

For example, most states had two Senate seats, and the candidates were elected by the State Senate.

But certain regions, such as the state where Bu Peien was located, had five seats because they had large populations and developed economies—in short, more people and more money.

After the addition of the new regions, the Federal Congress now had fifty-one senators in total, including the Speaker.

At first glance, this seemed like something that would be easy to arrange. The problem was that the State Senate was actually controlled by the Three Major Parties in the Federal Government.

Namely, the Progressive Party, the Conservative Party, and the Socialist Party.

The actual authority over this group was firmly held by the Three Major Parties, although the Socialist Party had little presence.

The middle and upper levels of the Three Major Parties were made up of their own senior officials and the high-ranking figures of the federal political scene...

Put simply, they were all intertwined.

The lower levels elected the upper levels, and the upper levels decided the lower levels. In essence, they were all one body.

Those who excluded women from Congress were not only the members of Congress, but also the so-called political "lower levels."

So, although this seemed easy to arrange, all they had to do was get the professor's side to nominate Ms. Tracy as the new region's senator and have her join the congressional system.

But the question was, who would initiate such a vote?
