This vaccine was not designed to prevent and treat specific diseases, nor was it like traditional vaccines, which activated the immune system through inactivated viruses and allowed it to retain a record.
The true function of this universal vaccine was actually the reverse.
Any "state" that had not been registered was illegal and dangerous.
The moment a state beyond "normal conditions" appeared, whether good or bad, it would immediately be stopped and eliminated.
The "universal vaccine" was actually a psionic program. It connected directly to Terra's Heart and used big data to determine the normal state of every human within a given area. Once an individual displayed conditions such as "excessive fatigue," "high fever throughout the body," "reduced cellular activity," or "unstable thought fluctuations," it would immediately release soothing psionic microwaves, calming the body, stimulating the immune system, and suppressing infection at injured areas.
Whether one was burned while repairing the stove at home, or inhaled too much carbon monoxide while warming oneself by the fire; whether one was bitten by a stray dog and infected with rabies, or pricked by a rusty nail and contracted tetanus.
Whether one was bitten by mosquitoes in the woods and infected with malaria parasites, or became infected by fungal spores; whether one ingested toxins from wild animals, or merely caught an ordinary cold and fever.
As long as an accident occurred, as long as something fell outside the permitted range, the vaccine would activate, notify nearby Silverpeak Domain civil servants or automated service intelligences, and stabilize the "patient's" condition.
