The Cycle of Finality... was that talking about him?
Ian pondered carefully and felt that it did seem quite fitting.
His Soul Light Body, the "Guiding Star," had now basically been confirmed to be the "Legacy Soul Light Body" forged by the many Ians from previous parallel spacetime branches, specially made to transmit memories and psionic power to him.
Not every Ian could develop smoothly. There would certainly be some Ians who died before even reaching the Third Energy Level—of course, that was rare, but with infinite parallel spacetimes, such a possibility would always exist.
At such times, the Guiding Star would depart and seek out the next Ian... Though it would lose most of its power and slow the next Ian's development, it could still preserve Ian's uniqueness and allow him to continue developing.
After accumulating another few cycles, when another Fifth Energy Level Ian emerged, then even if he failed, the next Ian would still receive enough resources.
It was like a Roguelike game. The last adventure laid down a better opening for the next one... making it easier to hit the jackpot.
So how had the Initial Ian created the Guiding Star?
"The first me to create the Guiding Star must also have gathered the four great psionic powers—'Chosen,' 'Awakening,' 'Nature,' and 'Life'—then created the Guiding Star based on the 'Cycle of Finality.'"
Ian thought, "And the inspiration for the Cycle of Finality came from the Silver Sky Gate of the City of Knowledge."
"It seems I really need to take a serious look at the City of Knowledge and the Silver Sky Gate... Perhaps the first me to create the Guiding Star obtained the source technology and inspiration there."
"Then what about the Origin of Creation?" After a pause, Ian spoke the second name of the
