Either they shored up weaknesses, or they enhanced strengths.

Every Extreme Domain was like elevating a human into something akin to a "perfect-grade Magic Beast," granting the ascendant an additional ability and an additional facet of ascension.

And the five Extreme Domains from the First Energy Level to the Fifth Energy Level seemed intended to turn the ascendant into a perfect ascendant in every respect.
