With its highest points reaching nearly ten thousand meters into the sky, this Floating Mountain Range extended for thousands of miles. It was roughly divided into dozens of separate mountainous sections, and its very existence stirred up drastic changes in the weather. Those black-gray clouds were, in essence, anomalies created by abnormal Origin Matter and psychic energy fields—vast swathes of Iron Dust and ash floating around the mountains.

When those energy-laden dust clouds collided and ground against one another, they erupted with golden lightning that shone like the sun upon the land blocked by the Floating Mountain Range. The violent energy brought by that lightning nourished the land it passed over along with the falling muddy rain, allowing even the formerly barren inner regions of the New Continent to gradually show hints of green.
