Andrew told Dumbledore, "When that happens, he and his forces will become your enemies."

Dumbledore and Professor Snape were taken aback. Professor Snape said, "Director of S.W.O.R.D., you don't understand Voldemort. He's a terrifying man. Even if you resurrect him, he won't take our side."

Andrew scoffed. "Someone who split off this many soul fragments must be terrified of dying. As long as I promise not to kill him, he'll serve me. Then he and his followers will help me save the people.
"As for after the disaster, if you're still worried, I can take him to another world. Plenty of worlds have no wizards, so he can go to one of those."

Dumbledore was tempted. If Voldemort went to another world, they would no longer have to worry about him. In truth, he had spent half his life fighting Demon Kings, first Grindelwald, then Voldemort. He had long since grown tired of it.
Dumbledore asked again, "Will resurrecting him take much time?"
"Normally, yes," Andrew said. "But another soul of this Voldemort you mentioned is right here in your academy, so it won't be complicated. One minute will be enough."
