Chthon was not stupid. He had long seen that the core of Andrew's plan was those Flashes. Therefore, he ordered everyone to do everything possible to kill Flash, while having Alesha build a Wall of Time to prevent Flash from returning to an even earlier past.

"Alesha, is there a way to send Monster into the Time Bowl and kill those two Flashes?"

Alesha said, "Before every loop, I'll sacrifice all the souls and find a way to send Monster into the Time Bowl. However, there aren't enough souls, so it will take multiple loops."
