"Careful."

Seeing so many Fire Dragons charging at them, the Ocean Goddess's nervous voice rang in Andrew's mind. Andrew smiled. "I'm not the one who should be careful."

With that, Andrew circled his right hand, and he and Oka instantly switched positions, moving from the small island to a spot suspended above the ocean.

Next, countless giant hands formed from seawater rose from the ocean, seized the Fire Dragons, and dragged them back into the sea. All the Fire Dragons wailed as they were extinguished.

Oka's face was filled with shock. Not only him—the Ocean Goddess was equally incredulous. Andrew had actually moved Oka above the sea in an instant? This meant Andrew's understanding of the Spatial Laws far surpassed Oka's. Otherwise, Oka would certainly have had time to resist.

"Don't be so shocked. If you're this shocked already, what will you do next?"

Andrew smiled faintly and directly stopped time. Oka froze in place, unable to move. Then, a large amount of seawater transformed into chains and flew up, binding Oka tightly.

Oka was, after all, a Skyfather. He soon broke free of Time Stop and regained the ability to move. Then he let out an angry roar, trying to shatter the seawater chains around him. Unfortunately, it was completely useless, because those chains were connected to the ocean.

Trying to break free of those chains was equivalent to breaking free of the entire ocean's restraint. How could Oka possibly accomplish that?

The Ocean Goddess was even more astonished. Even she, the Ocean Goddess, could not control the entire ocean. At most, she could turn the Ocean Force in her surroundings to her own use.

"Who exactly is this prince? He's actually more proficient than me, a god, at using Divine Power and the Power of Rules?"
