Hearing Thanos's words, the four elders exchanged glances and nodded. "Fine. After all, these superhuman Skyfathers were meant to be eliminated, especially that traitor Soldier Boy. He has to die."
"We created him, so we can destroy him. He is nothing more than our tool."
Homelander received First Elder's notice. Though displeased, he still said to Kane, "Kill these four superhuman heroes first. Then we can discuss everything else."
Kane hesitated before saying, "I'm not used to working with others. Old Sera and my grandson are mine to deal with. As for the other two, they're yours. We each fight our own battles."
"My grandson? Who is my grandson?"
Homelander was stunned. Was this old man insulting him?
"Nathan Perry and Peter Perry are my grandsons."
Kane spoke first, then snorted at Peter. "Peter Perry, right? The first time we meet, you send your grandfather flying. What a wonderful grandson you are."
Everyone was astonished. This old man was actually President Nathan's and Peter's grandfather? What kind of family was this? Their genes were absurdly powerful. One president and two Skyfathers?
"If you are willing to abandon your plot and protect the world with us, then you are my grandfather."
Peter shouted, "But if you continue endangering the world, then I will represent the Perry family and eliminate a disgrace like you."
"A disgrace? You dare call me a disgrace?"
Kane flew into a rage and clapped his hands forcefully. Nine enormous fireballs suddenly appeared in the sky. When everyone looked closely, they saw that they were nine meteors blazing fiercely from friction with the atmosphere.
Only three of the nine meteors were aimed at the White House. The other six were headed for other parts of Washington. If they crashed down, countless people would die.
