"Speaking of which, Chthon, didn't you once tell me you'd find a way to control the King of Abilities? Have you done it?"
Something occurred to Thanos, and he asked Chthon. Chthon replied helplessly, "There wasn't enough time. I've only persuaded Lady Blood. As for the King of Abilities, I left a Seed of Consciousness inside his body to subtly influence his sense of self. It'll take about a month to control him."
"A month?"
Thanos was speechless. In a month, this disaster would have long since ended. Chthon also knew he was asking a bit much. He smiled and said, "It's not a big problem. I can make the Seed of Consciousness erupt ahead of time. That will leave the King of Abilities mentally disoriented for a few seconds."
"Mentally disoriented for a few seconds?"
Thanos was delighted. In a battle between Skyfathers, even an instant of confusion could decide the outcome, let alone several seconds.
With the Seed of Consciousness in place, Thanos was confident he could kill the King of Abilities quickly. As for the Werewolf Legion, he would find a way to deal with them afterward. At worst, he could recall Lady Blood and the Death Legion. He had planned to bring them back anyway.

Chthon turned to Death and spoke. Death nodded. "The Mechanical Demon King still hasn't officially appeared. Something must have gone wrong. If we strike now, we should be able to harvest a huge batch of souls."
Without wasting any more time, Chthon and Death ordered their followers and the Death Organization to get to work.
