"As for the Animal Ability Users, it depends on how deeply the animals are affected by the Chaos Factor."
Andrew said, "If an animal has its primal instincts completely awakened by the Chaos Factor and goes on a killing spree, we can only eliminate it. But if it possesses intelligence, perhaps we can win it over.
"If that doesn't work, we can negotiate with them. They can fight for us, and once it's over, we'll send them to another planet where they can survive on their own."
