After thinking for a moment, Tony told Batman about the Rat people. He knew Batman would investigate them and devise all kinds of plans against them. That way, Batman would be just as annoyed as he was.
Tony burst into laughter. "I feel like half my worries are gone. Looks like not only happiness can be passed around—worries can too. What a major discovery."
While Andrew's side was frantically making preparations, the Undersea Empire was doing the same.
In one of the Undersea Empire's laboratories, a group of Sea People drove large numbers of octopuses into an experimental area filled with Compound Five. After absorbing it, the giant octopuses clearly became extremely agitated and excited.
Above the laboratory, Sea God Poseidon asked the Lord of Chaos beside him, "Your Mutated Compound Five was finished so quickly. Are you sure there won't be any problems?"
The Lord of Chaos was naturally not his true body, but a clone created using Cain's blood. Why not use his own leaves to make a clone? The reason was simple: the Lord of Chaos did not want to move again.
"Compound Five itself is already a finished product. I merely changed it from something that only works on humans into something that also works on marine life. How hard could that be?"
