"Across the multiversal universe, more than one or two Tony Starks have died."
Andrew scoffed, then continued, "Enough about that. How's the research on the Doomsday gene coming along?"
"Let's go through it one thing at a time. This job has been seriously demanding. I've gone almost a whole day without washing my hair."
Tony's words left Andrew speechless. Normally, shouldn't he have said he had worked tirelessly for seven days and nights without time to wash his hair? What was there to brag about in going almost a day without washing it?
Tony scoffed at that. He was a well-groomed young man—well, a well-groomed middle-aged man. He maintained a proper appearance at all times, even while conducting experiments.
Then Tony began his explanation. "First, Duke Victor's condition is under control. It won't deteriorate any further, and it won't affect him in combat.
"However, if the fighting gets too intense—if he ends up in a desperate, bloody battle, for example—the Doomsday gene could spiral out of control.
"In short, we need to keep researching until we've fully tamed the beast that is the Doomsday gene. Fortunately, Duke Victor's Doomsday gene is incomplete. Otherwise, it wouldn't have been so easy."
"You win some, you lose some. Being incomplete makes it easier to control, but it also reduces the boost the Doomsday gene provides."
Andrew nodded in understanding. Tony continued, "Second, as for cracking the Doomsday gene, we haven't found a way to disable it yet. We've only found a way to make it run wild."
"Destruction is always easier than creation."
Orochimaru said from beside them, "Making the Doomsday gene run wild isn't particularly difficult. However, aside from Duke Victor, none of the Doomsdays that appeared before were monsters with their reason intact.
"So I don't think the serum we invented
