Tony waved a hand and said, "Of course, the most important thing is that I won't give you the Arc Reactor. It can only be manufactured on my end, and you'll have to install it yourselves.

The Arc Reactor Tony had was the latest version—extremely powerful and without side effects. Whiplash's Arc Reactor was not only weaker, but could also cause poisoning. Naturally, Tony would not hand its blueprints over to anyone else.
