After saying that, K released a holographic projection. In it was a group of slender bugs about as tall as a human calf.
These aliens were called Nightcrawlers. Though they were also bugs, they were fundamentally different from the Zerg, who lived by plundering.
"Alien refugees?"
Andrew was somewhat speechless. Just how chaotic had the Milky Way become for aliens to flee to Earth for refuge?
K said, "Boss, how should we deal with these Nightcrawlers? They aren't much of a threat. During their time on Earth, they've basically done nothing wrong, aside from occasionally stealing coffee."
Andrew glanced up at K. K's preference was obvious, and Andrew smiled. "Have them register at the Space Fortress and live there.
Part of the residential district has already been completed, enough to accommodate them. Unless they receive permission, aliens cannot remain on Earth. Leaving everything else aside, who knows whether they're carrying some kind of virus?
We can accept ordinary refugees, but not dangerous ones. Wanted criminals are also forbidden. Before they register, treat them the same as alien spies. If anything seems wrong, shoot immediately. Don't hold back.
They came here to be refugees, not to be pampered."
"I know what to do."
K nodded and turned to deal with the Nightcrawlers. Andrew shook his head. The Space Fortress would become lively from now on, perhaps even develop into a city—an alien city.
Andrew smiled. "I'm looking forward to seeing how the Space Fortress evolves."
Over the next few months, the Space Fortress, Men in Black, and the United Nations were all extremely busy.
The Space Fortress was occupied with construction. Andrew deployed a large number of robots to transform its lower levels into a city, including residential districts, embassy districts, port districts, and more.
The upper levels of the Space
