Then Andrew activated the Teleporter, transporting himself—in Constantine's body—Tony and the others, and Batman's group to Arkham Asylum.
Arkham Asylum was now on full alert. All its "patients" had been transferred to the underground prison.
Batman was not the sort of person who recognized a problem and refused to fix it. To keep these supervillains from wreaking havoc on Gotham again, he had spent a fortune upgrading the asylum and introduced numerous new measures.
However, there was one thing Batman would never change: his refusal to kill. That was his principle, a line he would never cross.
Seeing Batman's preparations, Iron Man gave a slight nod, then asked, "Andrew, can the Scientific Invisibility Technique fool the Seven Deadly Sins?"
"No. The Scientific Invisibility Technique only bends light. The Seven Deadly Sins can sense soul fluctuations."
Andrew said, "To hide from the Seven Deadly Sins, we need magic."
"There isn't enough time. They're almost here. We can't possibly set up that previous magic array on such short notice."
The Old Mage shook his head. Constantine had spent over ten minutes setting up the magic array in the warehouse beforehand.
"Just because others don't have enough time doesn't mean I don't."
Andrew smiled. The Old Mage snorted and said, "Even I can't do it, and you can?"
As a wizard of the Wizard Council, the Old Mage certainly had the right to say that.
"Mr. Wang can do anything! If he says he can, then he definitely can!"
Shazam shouted. He was still a child, so it was perfectly natural for him to believe the idol he worshipped could do anything.
The Old Mage wanted to roll his eyes. This little brat was siding with an outsider.
"Well said. Once this battle's over, I'll treat you to a barbecue feast."
