The black mass of light twisted and shifted in midair. Soon, a familiar figure appeared before Tony, his entire body burning with black flame and a Bone Mask covering his face.
Ghost Rider had officially arrived in the DC Universe.
Tony's mouth twitched as he stared at Ghost Rider. This cheating was beyond outrageous.
And what happened to not intervening personally? Why had he sent Ghost Rider over to steal the spotlight again? Where was the trust between people?
"It is cheating, yes, but it doesn't break the rules."
Andrew said, "What does the Lord of Hell's business have to do with me, a Creation God? I barely know him."
Ghost Rider nodded. "Exactly. I barely know the Creation God. I'm a fragment of the Lord of Hell's consciousness."
"I see. I misunderstood you... like hell I did."
Tony grumbled, "You're literally the same person!"
"How can beings from two different universes count as the same person?"
Andrew shook his head and said, "Sacrifices are allowed under the rules. I didn't use my own power.
"Besides, Ghost Rider's consciousness doesn't carry my power of rules. In other words, he's just an ordinary, unremarkable Ghost Rider.
"You can think of him as an item, a treasure.
"The key here isn't who receives the sacrifice, but the rules governing sacrifices.
"Even if I didn't sacrifice to the Lord of Hell, I could ask someone else for help. For example, I could sacrifice to the Watcher, then hand Ghost Rider over to her and have her deliver him to this universe."
"I think I'm starting to get it."
Tony rubbed his chin and said, "The cosmic consciousness still hasn't reacted, which means your method works.
"In other words, we'll receive a steady stream of support from the Lord of Hell from now on.
