Andrew organized Detroit’s ability user groups and worked with Harley to persuade the settlement’s leaders to attack the Monster Legion. He put the leaders into a dream showing the disastrous consequences of refusing, beginning with Shak’s vision of the settlement falling to an enemy force joined by human ability users.
