Ch. 1541Hera

Andrew intercepted Zeus’s attempt to court Hera and showed her a vision of her future marriage, Zeus’s repeated infidelity, and her transformation into a cruel, jealous goddess. Horrified, Hera decided she would never marry Zeus, while Andrew warned that Zeus might use force to claim her.

  • Zeus tried to escape Hell to reach Hera, but Hades blocked the Gate and fought to keep him there.
  • Andrew approached Hera, told her about her future, and showed her a Light Screen containing her memories and possible Fate.
  • Hera watched herself rescue Zeus in the form of a bird, fall in love with him, and marry him.
  • The Light Screen showed Zeus’s repeated affairs and Hera’s growing jealousy, which led her to destroy a country and become cruel.
  • Hera rejected the future she had seen and said she would stay away from Zeus, while Andrew warned that Zeus might force her to marry him.

Ch. 1542Loyalty

  • Hades caused the sea outside Agra of the Human Kingdom to churn as a colossal creature moved beneath the Ocean.

Ch. 1543Retreat

Andrew’s side drove the gods into retreat, captured Ares and Fire God, and let Death’s group escape with Hera and the wounded Zeus. Athena emerged from the Spatial Maze and faced the heroes, who urged her to surrender.

  • Andrew brought Hera into Future Hera’s body, and Future Hera gave up her consciousness after saying she would not choose Zeus again.
  • Death and Set rescued Hera, while Chthon detonated Thor’s Thunder Domain, badly injured Zeus, and fled with him.

  • Chthon threatened Agra with Kraken, so Andrew sent Van Helsing to track the retreating gods and went to stop the monster.
  • Athena broke free of the Spatial Maze and found the other gods gone; Homelander and Soldier Boy surrounded her and demanded her surrender.

Ch. 1544Kraken

Athena surrendered to S.W.O.R.D. so she could ask its Director how the gods could survive as humanity turned away from them. In Agra, Supergirl Kara possessed Princess Andromeda and confronted Kraken, but Andrew arrived as she was struck into a cliff.

  • Athena surrendered, explained the gods’ crisis of faith, and accepted a bracelet that sealed her Divine Power while Soldier Boy promised a meeting with the Director of S.W.O.R.D.
  • Soldier Boy and the others trusted the Director to handle Kraken in Agra as the audience waited for news.
  • Princess Andromeda, possessed by Supergirl Kara, ordered the civilians into the castle and flew out to face Kraken.
  • Kraken attacked the city, and Princess Andromeda struck it with Heat Vision and knocked it back before a tentacle hurled her into a cliff.
  • Andrew arrived and asked whether Supergirl getting beaten up counted as a Curse, and Kara greeted him with relief.

Ch. 1545Putting on a Show

Andrew guided Kara and Princess Andromeda through a staged battle with Kraken to build Andromeda’s reputation as a future leader of humanity. After Kara drove Kraken away from Agra, Andrew sent her into the monster’s chaotic consciousness to subdue it.

  • Kraken attacked Andromeda, and Kara fought back until Andrew’s eighteen Weakness Curses weakened the monster.
  • Kara drove Kraken away from Agra and battled it across the sea while the soldiers and citizens cheered for Princess Andromeda.
  • Andrew persuaded the crowd that Human Heroic Spirits empowered Andromeda, and the Old King embraced the explanation.
  • When Kara said Kraken could not be killed or made to flee, Andrew transported her into Kraken’s chaotic Consciousness World to subdue it.

Ch. 1546Friends

Kara befriended Kraken by taking its Rune Brands onto herself and destroying them, ending the monster’s rampage. She left with Kraken as her companion, while Zeus and the others traveled deeper into Hell to meet another ally against Director of S.W.O.R.D.

  • Andrew told Kara to find Kraken’s core consciousness and approach it with genuine goodwill, and Kara found it suppressed by three Rune Brands left by the Zeus Brothers.
  • When the Rune Brands hurt Kraken, Kara shared its pain by taking the sigils onto her own consciousness, and her Solar Power destroyed them.
  • Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades discovered that the Rune Brands had collapsed, while Set and Death took the injured gods and Hera toward the Abyss of Hell to meet another partner.
  • Kara befriended Kraken, which stopped fighting Princess Andromeda and allowed her to stroke its head above the sea.
  • Kara asked how she could bring Kraken to Earth, and Andrew suggested letting Aquaman take responsibility for its expenses.
  • Andrew finished an oil painting of Princess Andromeda with Kraken and hailed her as a human Guardian and tamer of the Norse Sea Monster.

Ch. 1547Persuasion

Andrew directed Princess Andromeda to take the throne and prepare Argos for war, while he worked to build her popularity and gain the World's Favor. In Hell, Zeus and the other gods debated releasing Titan or confronting Andrew themselves, and Poseidon proposed using humanity as leverage against the invaders.

  • Andrew gave Princess Andromeda a Silver Apple for the Old King and instructed her to take the throne, organize Argos's soldiers, and keep the Kraken as a deterrent.
  • Andrew transformed fallen leaves into people who would spread stories of Andromeda's achievements, while the cheering people gathered World's Favor around her.
  • The Old King chose the Silver Apple and abdicated, and Andromeda became Queen Andromeda and began reorganizing the military.
  • In Hell, Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, and Titan argued over their past crimes before Chthon urged them to focus on stopping Andrew.
  • Poseidon proposed that the gods threaten to destroy humanity to force Andrew and his allies to leave, even if the gods themselves would ultimately suffer.

Ch. 1548Control

Hades revealed his alliance with Chthon and the Titans, helping them seize control of the Olympian gods and break the Titans’ seal with Poseidon’s Divine Power. As the seal began to collapse, Chthon led the group toward Hell’s entrance to subdue the remaining gods, while Hades warned that the upheaval could damage Hell.

  • Zeus revealed that he had summoned reinforcements, but Hades stabbed Apollo with the Pitchfork and exposed his betrayal.
  • Set’s poison dissolved Poseidon’s body until a snake tail knocked him unconscious, and Chthon possessed Zeus to take control of his body.
  • The Titans demanded Poseidon’s Divine Power to help break their seal, and the other gods surrendered after the Titans promised to spare them.
  • Hera pretended to remain unconscious rather than choose whether to submit, while Chthon and Hades released God Blood and the Titans’ seal began to collapse.
  • Chthon led the group to Hell’s entrance to subdue the other gods, and Hades warned that the seal’s collapse could destabilize Hell.

Ch. 1549Methods

Andrew sent Draco and the others back to Agra and led his remaining companions toward Hell's entrance, where the Olympian Gods had gathered. As the Gods failed to break through the Gate of Hell, Chthon arrived and asked Hades how to open it.

  • Andrew dismissed Draco and the others to support Queen Andromeda, while Perseus and Ling E stayed with him for the trip to Hell.
  • The Fire God offered to reveal a secret passage into Hell in exchange for studying Athena's Restraint Bracelet, then swore loyalty to Andrew and began examining a phone.
  • Andrew told Athena that the Olympian Gods could either become Demon Kings in Hell or become rule-based Gods, but she resisted both choices.
  • Andrew advised Hermione to learn from her transformation into him, while Tracy teased Hermione about her feelings for Andrew.
  • The Olympian Gods attacked the Gate of Hell but could not break through, and Chthon arrived as Hades asked whether to open the gate fully or in several gaps.

Ch. 1550Other Gods

Chthon lured the gods into Hell, where he and Set captured them and forced them to help break the Titans free. Outside the sealed Gates of Hell, Andrew confronted the abandoned gods and began fighting Artemis.

  • Chthon opened the Gates of Hell and tricked some gods into entering, while Samuel’s Earth Dragons and Andrew’s seal stranded the others outside.
  • Chthon led the gods who entered to the Abyss of Hell, revealed Poseidon bound before the Titan Seal, and captured them in a sneak attack.
  • Poseidon exposed that Chthon was an Otherworldly God controlling Zeus, but the gods surrendered; Chthon ordered them to help free the Titans.
  • Chthon planned with Set and Death to use Hell to attack humanity, empower Medusa with human resentment, and pursue Hell Fusion.
  • Andrew arrived at the Gates of Hell with Samuel and Old Sera, and Artemis challenged him after he said Zeus had been defeated.
  • Artemis fired Yaka Arrows at Andrew, who sent them through Space Gates so they emerged behind her.

Ch. 1551Submission

Andrew defeated Artemis and secured the surrender of the gods, then began studying the Gate of Hell while explaining his plan to free humanity. Hestia revealed that she had tried to protect humans and offered to give up her Divine Throne, and Andrew proposed that she become a God of Rules.

  • Andrew bound Artemis’s Divine Soul, defeated her, and ended the fight after she surrendered to protect the other gods from an apparent Black Hole.

  • Andrew left Samuel and Old Sera to watch the gods and began studying the Gate of Hell, while Hades agreed to remain in character and follow his orders.
  • Hestia asked whether Andrew truly intended to free humanity, and he showed her memories of the Main World to prove his intentions.
  • Hestia said she would give up her Divine Throne to help humanity, and Andrew offered her the role of a God of Rules who would protect humans without interfering in their affairs.

Ch. 1552Rendezvous

Andrew gathered allies to stop Zeus from releasing the Titans and arranged a secret route into Hell. He left Fire God to retrieve a map while Athena and Artemis joined his side under contract.

  • Hestia agreed to help Andrew and promised to persuade Athena and Artemis to join him.
  • After the group rendezvoused, Andrew ordered Homelander and Old Sera away, then explained that Zeus might release the Titans.
  • Fire God revealed a hidden entrance into Hell and agreed to guide Van Helsing and Soldier Boy to retrieve the map needed to cross the Minotaur Labyrinth.
  • Andrew made Fire God sign a Contract before sending him off, while Homelander reported the expedition to Chthon and the other enemies.
  • Andrew had his group attack the Gate of Hell as a decoy while Hestia persuaded Athena and Artemis to sign contracts with him.
  • Andrew removed Athena's Restraint Bracelet and warned her not to misuse her intelligence.

Ch. 1553New System

After the gods attacked the Gate of Hell, Andrew proposed a new divine system that would tie the gods’ power and survival to humanity’s prosperity. Artemis agreed to consider it, but the plan required capturing a Titan, gaining the support of many gods, and securing humanity’s consent.

  • Athena led Hestia, Artemis, and the other gods in an attack on the Gate of Hell, while Hermione asked Andrew whether his Contract could prevent betrayal.
  • Andrew approached Artemis instead of Athena and explained that he had nearly killed Hera because she and the gods were enemies.
  • Artemis asked how Andrew would deal with Olympus, and he described a third option: rebuilding the Divine System so gods would draw power from humanity and suffer if they harmed it.
  • Andrew said the new system required capturing a Titan alive, convincing willing gods to support it, and gaining humanity’s agreement.
  • Artemis said she would serve Andrew and help win over the other gods if the new system could satisfy both gods and humanity, while Hermione grew jealous as Andrew spoke with her.

Ch. 1554Magic Calamity

Andrew pursued his plan to create a New System by winning Artemis’s support and giving Hermione a divine artifact made from Ares. When demons escaped from Hell, Queen Andromeda and the others began defending cities while Andrew organized a wider response.

  • Andrew persuaded Artemis to rally the gods behind the New System and created the War God Scepter by sealing Ares inside it.
  • Andrew gave Hermione the War God Scepter to raise her strength to the Skyfather level, warning her to return it after the battle.
  • Hell shook, and demons escaped in fireballs; Andrew, Hermione, the superheroes, and the gods destroyed many of them, but some reached cities.
  • Queen Andromeda killed a Four-armed Demon in Agra, then followed Andrew’s orders to rescue people and help assemble an Expeditionary Force.
  • Queen Andromeda teleported to a nearby city-state, killed two demons, and extinguished the fires as civilians recognized her by her publicized titles.

Ch. 1555Development

Queen Andromeda, Perseus, and Ling E raised their reputations by fighting demons while Andrew sealed the region and pushed the gods and human kings toward a united response. Athena offered to help establish the New System in exchange for becoming its second-in-command, while Andrew continued pursuing his larger plans.

  • Queen Andromeda, Perseus, and Ling E eliminated demons and saved people as their reputations grew, while Andrew and Hermione prepared a powerful Magic Array to seal the area.
  • Artemis argued with the gods about Andrew's proposed New System, but Athena withheld her support because she envied Artemis's position.
  • Andrew activated the Magic Array, sealing the region against escape, while Chthon and the others accepted the loss as a way to drain their opponents' Divine Power.
  • Queen Andromeda persuaded some city-state Kings to send troops, and Homelander threatened the reluctant Kings until they agreed to mobilize their armies.
  • Andrew learned that Soldier Boy and Samuel had found the map but that Fire God had locked it by entering the wrong password several times.
  • Athena confronted Andrew about the New System and asked to become the second most powerful person beneath the God King, while Hermione grew jealous of their exchange.

Ch. 1556Training

Andrew rejected Athena’s proposal to join the New System on her own terms, while the Human Alliance prepared its soldiers to fight the next demon wave. After Hermione empowered the troops and Andrew promised fallen soldiers a place in the Hall of Heroes, the demon calamity erupted again on a far greater scale.

  • Andrew refused Athena’s offer to help with the New System, and Athena left after he declined to make her part of its leadership.
  • Queen Andromeda reorganized the Human Alliance’s forces, while Artemis warned the captured gods that they had to accept the New System or face banishment, becoming Gods of Rules, or worse.
  • Andrew had Hermione use the War God Scepter to grant the soldiers God of War’s Power, and their improved combat strength sharply reduced casualties during the training drill.
  • Andrew promised that soldiers who died bravely would enter a Hall of Heroes as Einherjar, while Thor imagined holding a tournament for the heroes.
  • Earthquake began shaking again as countless Fire Meteors poured from the Gate of Hell, signaling a demon calamity far larger than the previous one.

Ch. 1557Medusa

Andrew defended the entrance to Hell as demons and gods attacked, while Chthon used Hades to restrain him and buy time for the Titans. Athena fought Hermes until Medusa appeared with greatly strengthened petrifying powers.

  • Andrew shielded the soldiers from Fire Meteors, and they charged the demons as a second wave emerged from the Gate of Hell.
  • Apollo and other gods joined the battle, while Andrew started a livestream and Homelander and Old Sera fought in earnest.
  • Hades confronted Andrew after merging with Hell and claimed that injuring him would cause disasters in the Human World; Andrew pretended to hold back as Chthon urged the Titans to absorb Poseidon's Divine Power.
  • Athena drove back Hermes, who refused to switch sides because he was bound by Contracts to Chthon.
  • Medusa attacked Athena with Petrifying Rays that turned Athena's spear to stone, forcing Athena to retreat and close her eyes.

Ch. 1558Solution

Medusa, empowered by humanity’s resentment toward the gods, drove Athena into retreat until Hermione trapped her in a Spatial Maze. Athena asked Andrew how to stop Medusa, and he explained that sealing her required suppressing her consciousness; meanwhile, Andrew prepared to enter Hell and confront the Titans.

  • Medusa attacked Athena with petrifying powers, but regenerated after Athena decapitated her because resentment energy sustained her.
  • Medusa overwhelmed Athena, who lost her shield and Battle Armor before Hermione arrived and trapped Medusa in a Spatial Maze.
  • Hermione and Athena entered the maze together to contain Medusa, and Athena asked Andrew how to eliminate her.
  • Andrew told Athena that Medusa could only be sealed by a special divine artifact after someone suppressed her consciousness inside its Sea of Consciousness.
  • Andrew contacted Soldier Boy, who said his team was heading to Hell and proposed switching places so Andrew could help weaken the Titans.

Ch. 1559Infiltration

Andrew infiltrated Hell through Fire God's hidden entrance and reached the Abyss of Hell, where Chthon was preparing for Titans to escape their seal. He secretly contacted the wounded Hera and began planning to free her from Death's control.

  • Andrew teleported Fire God and Samuel to the hidden entrance, and Fire God opened the passage to Hell through his shifting labyrinth.
  • Fire God guided Andrew and Samuel through the labyrinth to the Abyss of Hell, where Andrew sent them back to wait while he approached the seal alone.
  • Chthon learned that Titans needed about an hour to escape their seal, while Death prepared to turn the unconscious Hera into a Death Puppet.
  • Andrew secretly contacted Hera and told her not to resist as he began constructing a Magic Array to free her from Death's Divine Power.

Ch. 1560Consciousness World

Andrew arranged for the dying Poseidon to curse Titans with his hatred, then brought Athena into Medusa’s consciousness to help defeat her. Medusa pursued them through the realm of resentment, and Andrew revealed that Athena’s presence was meant to draw her out.

  • Andrew secretly altered Hera’s soul to hide her power and recruited Poseidon to curse Titans, promising to protect Poseidon’s wife and daughters.
  • Titans absorbed Poseidon’s Divine Power and soul, killing him as Poseidon cursed him and warned that Zeus and Hades would bring about his downfall.
  • Athena pledged allegiance to Andrew and asked him to help her defeat Medusa and join the New System.
  • Andrew took Athena into Medusa’s consciousness, where she witnessed the brutal deaths humans had suffered at the hands of gods and was nearly attacked by their resentful spirits.
  • Andrew led Athena away and revealed that he had used her as bait to draw Medusa toward them.
